Mail Club

Hi and welcome to my secret letters club! This is a subscription club where you will receive the following items in your letterbox each month:

• A beautifully themed art print
• A cute themed sticker sheet
• A handwritten letter

Each month will have a different theme to keep letter bundles unique and exciting. All mail items are designed, printed and packed by hand, with lots and lots of love of course!!!

Billing & Letters

Your subscription is billed once a month, on the same date you first join.

All letters are sent together at the end of each month. To make sure you receive that month’s print, please place your order by the 20th. Orders placed after 11:59 PM AEST on the 20th will be included in the following month’s batch.

Even if you join earlier in the month, your first letter will ship at the end of that month with everyone else’s.

Shipping & Delivery

I offer free shipping worldwide!

Letters are sent via Australia Post as untracked mail, so no tracking number will be provided.

Estimated delivery times:

• Australia: 4–8 business days from the posting date
• International: 2–4 weeks, depending on destination

Delivery times are approximate and can vary due to postal delays or seasonal demand.

Billing & Cancellations

Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You can cancel at any time either through your customer account or by contacting me directly.

Cancellations made before your next billing date will prevent the following month’s charge. Please note that once a payment has been processed and your letter is being prepared, that month’s order is non-refundable.
