Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of art prints and custom mail items, all sales are final.
Refunds or replacements will only be issued if:
- Your item arrives damaged
- You receive the wrong item
You must contact me within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
I do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Customs fees or import taxes
Cancellations
Shop orders may only be cancelled before the order has been processed and shipped.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Mail club subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.
Preorders & Limited Drops
Some items may be sold as preorders or limited edition drops.
Estimated production times will be listed on the product page.
By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge and accept the processing timeframe stated.
Fanart Disclaimer
All artwork sold is fanart and is not officially licensed unless stated otherwise.
All characters belong to their respective copyright holders.
You are purchasing the artwork and product - not the character rights.
Privacy Policy
Your personal information is collected only for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
I do not sell, share, or distribute your data to third parties beyond what is necessary to complete shipping and payment processing.
