Shipping Information
Processing Time
All non-subscription orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), unless otherwise stated on the product page (such as preorders or limited drops).
Mailclub subscription letters are prepared and shipped at the end of each month. You will receive a notification once your order is shipped.
Shipping Methods
Shipping options and prices are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Shipping options for mail club letters are limited to untracked economy mail.
Tracked shipping will be available where possible.
Mail Club Shipping and Delivery
Mailclub letters are shipped in at the end of each month for orders placed by the 25th of that month. Orders placed after 11:59 PM AEST on the 25th will be included in the following month’s batch
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays or customs processing:
- Australia: 4 - 8 business days
- International: 2 - 4 weeks
Please note that delays caused by postal services, weather, or customs are outside my control.
International Orders & Customs
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties.
These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in shipping costs.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
I am not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Lost or Delayed Mail
If your order has not arrived after 6 weeks from the shipping confirmation date, please contact me with your order number so I can investigate and assist you.
Mailclub Cancellations
You may cancel your Mailclub subscription at any time.
If you cancel after your monthly payment has been processed, you will still receive that week’s scheduled Mailclub letter.
Cancellations prevent future charges only and do not cancel a letter that has already been prepared or shipped.
