Order FAQs
When will my order ship?
Shop orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received, unless stated otherwise on the product page.
After processing, your order will be shipped and you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and order details.
How long does shipping take?
Please refer to the shipping information page for delivery times based on location.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes, all shop orders include a tracking number. After your order is shipped you will receive tracking information and order details via email.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes I ship to multiple countries worldwide! If you are unable to select your country at checkout please contact me and I will get back to your asap!
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of shop items once orders are processed sales are final unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please email me within 14 days of delivery with clear photos so I can arrange a replacement or refund.
What if I entered the wrong address?
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you realise you have entered the incorrect address after checking out please contact me asap! Once the order is shipped it is too late :(
I haven't received my order
If it has been more than 2 weeks since your shipping confirmation and your letter has not arrived, please contact me as soon as possible
Mail Club
When will my order ship?
Mailclub subscription orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment is received, unless stated otherwise on the product page.
Your letter will be shipped at the end of each month.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping times vary by location:
- Australia: 4-8 business days
- International: 2-4 weeks
These estimates may be affected by postal delays or customs.
Will I get a tracking number?
All letters are sent untracked to keep costs affordable so will not include a tracking number
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! I ship mail club letters worldwide!
